Capital Region Tennis & Fitness

Capital Region Tennis & Fitness is a full service indoor tennis club located at in the City of Albany (Albany County) - New York's Capital City. The club serves the Albany, Bethlehem, Delmar, Glenmont, Troy, Rensselaer, Schenectady areas and beyond. We also serve Saratoga, Greene & Columbia Counties. The club runs lesson groups for juniors and adults; junior tournaments; junior tennis camps; USTA programming plus junior and adult tennis leagues. Open court time is available as well as seasonal contracts.

Directions To Capital Region From

Downtown Albany/Troy: Take I787 South to the end. Right at the traffic light. Road bears right around Thruway parking lot. Club is 200 yards past the Thruway Entrance on the left (just past the Sunoco Station).

Latham/Guilderland/Colonie: Take the Northway (Route 87) to the N.Y.S. Thruway. After the toll booth stay right onto the SOUTH ramp. Take the first Exit Exit 23 appx 5 miles. Bear right immediately after the toll booths. Club is 200 yards past the Thruway Entrance on the left (just past the Sunoco Station).

North of Albany: Take the Northway South to the N.Y.S. Thruway. After the toll booth stay right onto the SOUTH ramp. Take the first Exit Exit 23 appx 5 miles. Bear right immediately after the toll booths. Club is 200 yards past the Thruway Entrance on the left (just past the Sunoco Station).

Rensselear/East Greenbush: Take the Dunn Memorial Bridge to I787 South. Take I787 South to the end. Right at the traffic light. Road bears right around Thruway parking lot. Club is 200 yards past the Thruway Entrance on the left (just past the Sunoco Station).
